The BUYER acknowledges that Minus The Suit, Inc. has entered into agreements with an established wireless service provider and various DOTs to provide service for the Minus The Suit, Inc. devices and services. In the event that any service provider interrupts wireless or data services or if Minus The Suit, Inc. is incapable of continuing service for any other reason, the BUYER agrees not to seek compensation or reimbursement, in any form, from Minus The Suit, Inc., with respect to any failure of any TrafficGauge device and service.
Any otherwise valid service refunds prorated at $9.99 monthly rate.
